Patrick Wood
Patrick has honed his skills through years of diverse experiences in the entertainment industry. Having worked in touring, music, and fair management, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. With 15 years of experience as a fair manager, Patrick has developed a unique perspective that allows him to see both sides of the industry. He understands the intricacies of event planning, from the smallest details to the big picture. Whether it's a large festival or an intimate gathering, Patrick's expertise will surely add value to any project.
Tammie Wood
Tammie's unique blend of education, attraction, and marketing experience has enabled her to make a significant impact in the success of The Source Management Group and Super Science Company. She is in charge of scheduling and producing advances, ensuring that the performers are ready for their event, and building effective marketing strategies.
Tammie's nurturing personality is reflected in her role as the "fair mom" who always makes sure that the green room is stocked with snacks and the performers are comfortable and prepared for their shows. Her attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks make her an invaluable asset to the company.
Jess Risney
We are thrilled to have Jess on board as the newest member of our team. With her degree in International Studies from Portland State University, she brings a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to the table. Her detail-oriented approach to work and exceptional organizational skills have already proven to be invaluable assets to TSMG. You may recognize Jess from the fairs she has attended over the past few summers, where she developed a deep appreciation for working directly with clients. When she's not working, Jess enjoys baking delicious cookies, starting craft projects she never finishes, and cultivating an impressive plant collection that rivals even Tammie's green thumb. We couldn't be more excited to have Jess as part of our top-notch team and can't wait to see all the amazing things she will accomplish with us.
Payton Ryan
Payton is a seasoned event industry professional, having been involved in the business since she was six years old. Once she began to show interest in the production side of things Pat pulled her in as a production assistant for his events. In 2019, Payton noticed a huge lack of effective online marketing and started FDP in order to fill the gap in effective social marketing and content creation for fairs and events. Now she's an award-winning photographer, and she's here to create quality engaging content to reach your audience.
